What is Bitcoin?

Your investment is safe with us, insured up to a maximum of $100,000 and your assets are custodised in your name, segregated from other clients.

What is Crypto Starter Plan?
An awe-inspiring feature of Cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin is its ever increasing value, starting from 0.0025 USD back in 2009 to over 14,000 USD in the latter months of 2017. A very meaningful investment can be made with Bitcoins because a two-way income stream for our Investors is established. The first income stream lies in the Return of Investment (ROI) made through trading the coins in worthwhile commodities by Redox Trades LLC within a year indenture period and the second income stream being that as trading/management of investors account is ongoing, the value of the coin increases; this synergy yields appreciable financial benefit for both Client/Investor and MinningCity.
What is the minimum investment amount?
Our investment amount starts from 200 USD for the Crypto Starter plan and for Real Estate Investment, the minimum investment amount starts from 100,000 USD.
Will I receive my dividends from my investment?
Yes, any dividends will be credited to your wallet.
Can I top up my portfolio?
Yes! You can top up your portfolio by going to Account -> Deposit -> Selecet your preferred portfolio type.

Questions about Deposits

How long does it take for my money to be credited after I transfer the money?
Bitcoin transactions are instant, depending on network speed. If your fund reaches your account before 11am UTC+1, we will create the portfolio on the same business day. If your fund reaches your account after the above time, the portfolio will be created on the next business day. This is provided your account has been successfully created.
What method of deposit do you accept?
We currently accept bitcoin.
Is there a limit on how much I can deposit into my account?
No.

Questions about Withdrawals

How do I withdraw funds from my account?
You may do so at the User Dashboard page by clicking the “Withdraw” option. The funds will be transferred into your registered bitcoin wallet.
Is there any withdrawal fee?.
No. However, bitcoin transfer fees could apply.
